La
calle
Hostos
is
justly
famous
for
its
sloping
cobblestoned
street,
its
steps
and
ironwork,
and
it
has
appeared
in
countless
films
and
music
videos,
the
most
famous
of
which
was
a
scene
in
Godfather
II,
when
Al
Pacino
as
Michael
Corleone,
arriving
in
"Cuba"
witnesses
a
rebel
execute
an
officer
in
Batista's
armed
forces.
That
scene
was
shot
from
the
top
looking
down.
