A Nicaraguan boatman rows through the streets of Tipitapa, 22 km North of Managua, Nicaragua where the rising lake Managua has flooded parts of the city and created hundred of displaced people. The drainage of rivers from the rains of Hurrican Mitch has raised the level of the lake which was still raising several days later.
